The assigned Lead Auditor works with the leadership team to prepare for a Management Review meeting.

This service provides for a comprehensive review of the management system using the criteria from Clause 9.3 as an agenda for the meeting.

It is recommended that this meeting is carried out at least 3 months prior to certification audit so that the organization to close out any findings as a result of the management review process, in a reasonable timeframe.
